We want to make dentistry painless and affordable for you!  At LUX Smiles Dental, we welcome patients with or without insurance! Once Dr. Bazerbashi has created a treatment plan for you, we will let you know the cost of your treatment before the start of any treatment.

Insurance

We accept most PPO plans and Medicaid. As a courtesy to our patients we will work with your insurance to understand your benefits and file a claim. We will estimate your portion of the payment for a procedure which is due at the time of service. We accept cash and debit and credit cards.
